This program is build to make sure you're building muscle mass. That is the main focus as the execution and the exercise selection is programmed like this. For a more strength focused program, go to our Powerbuilding program. It's a 6 days a week split, about an hour to 75min per workout. As it is very easy to follow, you can surely combine two days on one day if you lack some time. Make sure you do this program in a gym so you have access to all the equipment.
